The training center is a family-run training school that offers a practical training solution for boiler operators who seek a career in plant maintenance and operations. It was started in 1982 by John Moscatiello who envisioned providing real-world training to shape good careers.
Presently, the training school is being run by his two sons Patrick and Dan who carry the same enthusiasm for education that their father was known for. They believe in the philosophy of creating a lasting relationship with every single student and maintaining contact with them even after they have completed the program.
The training program is designed in a manner to facilitate adult learning through discussions, stories of practical experience, and examples that can be applied at the job. Courses are designed by experts who come with a combined experience of 60 years and the scope of the course extends to almost all areas of plant operations.
