Archive courses:

• Ability for managers to archive obsolete courses. Once archived, these courses will be removed from the course library. Learners who had already enrolled in such courses will no longer be able to access these archived courses.

• Learner’s email address are included in all the reports, making it easier to distinguish between people with similar names. Exported Reports will feature learners’ email address against the learners’ name in a separate column.

• Useful when the course creator wants any course that they create to be visible only for selected departments/ teams. They can make such courses restricted under the “course visibility” option in the course settings page and select only those departments/ teams for which that has to be visible.

• Useful when the user wants to create custom teams and enroll such teams into the required courses. While enrolling, you can also decide whether to enroll only the existing members, future members, or both the existing and future members of the selected team.

• Useful when the organization wants to create fully customized user roles with the required permissions alone so that they have better control over who has access to what.

• Useful for the course creators to add an introduction to every unit in their courses so that it’s clear for the learners what they can expect in those units, before starting to access the learning materials in those.

• Unit tagging for questions has been removed to ensure tests can be created using any of the questions in the question bank without being limited to the ones tagged to specific units.
